Ora Manuka Honey comes from the nectar of the beautiful Manuka flowers found around the East Cape of New Zealand. Manuka honey is renown for its healing properties and its distinctive flavour. Ora is the Maori word for alive, healthy and satisfied.

UMF 20+ Manuka Honey has superior antibacterial qualities. It is renown for its ability to fight infection and aid in the healing process. It is effective taken orally (approximately one teaspoon per day) to help with digestive problems and general well being or applied externally to wounds or skin conditions.
